NAME
This organization shall be known as the Cottonwood Roadrunners Square and Round Dance Club. The club colors are red and white.
OBJECTIVES
To encourage and promote interest in square dancing by holding square dances, festival, practice sessions, lessons, and demonstrations. The club members shall be encouraged to cooperate with the community in any activities pertaining to square dancing by attendance and/or official representation. To conduct this club as a non-profit organization. This club exists for the purpose of fun and entertainment.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership in this club shall be open to any person who has completed a mainstream course in square dancing and who is interested in upholding the objectives of the organization and upon payment of dues. He or she should be also willing to maintain proper dress and practice good social behavior. Club Caller/Cuer and spouses shall be honorary members of the club, and are exempt from dues and have no voting or office holding privileges. Only members in good standing whose dues are up to date may participate in the business of this club and may wear the club's badge. Members are, also, covered through the Grand Canyon Square Dance Association for up to $10,000 Group Accident Insurance while participating in any regularly scheduled and sponsored dancing activity worldwide. Members shall receive a $1.00 per person discount at Club Dances (not lessons or workshops).
DUES
Club Dues are $12.00 per person annually due on October 1st of each year. Please make your check payable to 'Cottonwood Roadrunners' and send it along with a fully completed Contact Information Form to Cottonwood Roadrunners, P. O. Box 764, Cottonwood, Arizona 86326-0764 or bring it to the next dance or lesson. On payment of dues, the "Frequent Guest(s)" will be changed to a "Member".

O. Box 764, Cottonwood, Arizona 86326-0764, bring it to the next dance or lesson, or email it to email@CottonwoodRoadrunners.org. Your information shall be kept confidential among the Board Members unless your specifically that it may be provided to the General Membership in the form of a Printed Roster.
